Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain, tenderness, and fatigue, often accompanied by sleep disturbances, cognitive difficulties ("fibro fog"), and emotional distress. The exact cause isn’t fully understood, but it's believed to involve abnormal pain processing in the nervous system. It often coexists with other conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), migraines, and autoimmune disorders.
